Khmer-krom

Khmer-krom (khm. ខ្មែរក្រោម, vyet. Khơ Me Crộm) — Vyetnamda, Mekonq deltasında yaşayan xalq. Vyetnamda onlara "kho-me zıoy" (Khơ-me dưới), yəni "aşağı khmerlər" deyilir. 2006-cı il siyahıyaalınmasına görə, Vyetnamda 1,055,174 khmer-krom yaşayırdı. Mekonq deltasında khmerlər vyetnamlılardan sonra ikinci ən böyük etnik qrupdur.[1]

Çoxsaylı müstəqil ictimai təşkilatlar khmer-krom hüquqlarının Vyetnam hökuməti tərəfindən mütəmadi olaraq pozulduğunu bildirir. Khmer-kroma etnik və dini səbəblərdən ayrı-seçkilik edilir, onlar adlarını Vyetnam dilinə uyğun olaraq dəyişmək məcburiyyətində qalırlar və həm də Vyetnam dilində danışmağa məcbur edilirlər.[2][3][4]
