Üləma (ərəb. علماء‎)[1] — islamda dini biliklərin, o cümlədən islam doktrinasının və hüququnun qoruyucuları, ötürücüləri və tərcüməçiləri.[2]

Tarixi ənənəyə görə, üləmalar dini müəssisələrdə, yəni mədrəsələrdə təhsil alırlar. Quran və sünnə ənənvi islam hüququnun müqəddəs qaynaqlarıdır.[3]
